Policies



Scheduling classes:

-All lessons are to be paid at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. An invoice will be provided via email to confirm the transaction.
-Lessons should be scheduled at most with a 24-hour notice.
-There is also the option of emailing me directly to schedule lessons if the platform proves hard to use.

Cancelling classes:

-If you cancel or ask to reschedule within at least 24 hours notice, you will receive credit for a future session or a refund.
-If you cancel or ask to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will NOT receive a refund and the class will NOT be rescheduled.
-If you do not show up for your scheduled session, you will NOT receive a refund.

Postponing packages:

-Packages can be used or postponed for up to 3 months.
